CUSTOM ITEMS
- All custom and personalized items are final sale.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom apparel, business merchandise, or personalized decor.

Quality Guarantee: If there is an issue with your order (defect, damage, or error on our part), please CONTACT US within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and details. We’ll make it right.
IN-STOCK APPAREL
We understand that sometimes in-stock apparel may not work out, so we offer a flexible return-for-credit exchange policy:
- Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Receipt: Items must be received within 30 days of your request.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in resellable condition.
- Return Type: Eligible returns are issued as store credit. We do not provide refunds on in-stock apparel.
