Only custom orders receive mock-up proofs. In-stock items are ready to ship.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION QUESTIONS:
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders: Production usually takes 7–10 business days after mock-up approval. Shipping depends on your chosen method. Check our SHIPPING POLICY for full details.
Can I rush my order?
Absolutely! Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Production timelines may still apply, so be sure to leave a note at checkout if there’s anything specific you’d like us to know.
Do you offer package protection?
We recommend adding ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION at checkout — it covers your order if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Do you ship outside the U.S.
We ship only within the United States.
What is a mock-up, and why do I need one?A
A mock-up is a digital preview of your custom design showing colors, placement, and text. Approving it ensures your order turns out exactly as you envisioned.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in addition to nationwide shipping
POLICY QUESTIONS:
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. See our RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY for details.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds aren’t available for custom items or in-stock apparel. Defective orders can be exchanged or issued store credit.
Why is mock-up approval important?
It ensures your custom order is exactly what you wanted before production begins.
